Executive Director - Barbara Swanson 
         A Warren native, Barb is a graduate of Warren Area High School and Jamestown Business College.  She has been at the Agency since 1987.  During her employment at Don Mills, Barb has served on many community boards and currently represents the agency at the Warren/Forest Early Learning Coalition, The United Fund of Warren County, Forest/Warren Local Interagency Coordinating Council and Zonta Club of Warren.
Preschool Director / Teacher - Amy Prather
        Amy was raised in the town of Telford, which is located outside of Philadelphia.  She currently resides in Spartansburg on her family dairy farm with her husband Justin and her children, Mattison, Isaiah and Natalie. Amy graduated from Edinboro University earning a BS degree in Elementary and Early Childhood education and a master's degree in Special Education.  She has experience working with children ranging from infancy through high school levels. She has extensive experience teaching preschool children and adapting lessons to meet individual needs. Amy encourages a safe and respected learning environment where children will be valued and respected for who they are.
Speech Therapist - Rose Ashbaugh SLP, MS, MFA
        Rose graduated from Mount Mercy College with a B.S. degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology.  She worked for the Easter Seals Society in Washington, PA for one year before moving to Tidioute and began a position with the Warren County System.  When the Intermediate Unit came into existence she transfered to that administrative unit but remained assigned to the Warren County schools.  While there she completed her M.S. degree in Speech Pathology at Clarion University.
        After serving the Warren County schools for thirty four years Rose retired and moved into a part-time position as a speech pathologist for the Don Mills Achievement Center preschool program and as director of Camp Talk-A-Lot. 
        Rose completes at least twenty hours of inservice training biennually to maintain her PA certification in Speech Pathology.  Rose is a wonderful asset to our agency and great at what she does.
Speech Therapist - Laurie West

               Laurie has a degree in Speech Correction from Edinboro University and a Hearing Impaired degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She recently retired from the Warren County School District, where she worked as a speech therapist and a hearing impaired therapist. Laurie currently works at Don Mills Achievement Center at Camp Talk A Lot and doing individual speech therapy for children. Laurie loves children and animals and is a great asset to DMAC.         

Speech Therapist - Beth Watts

               Beth graduated from Edinboro State College (now Edinboro University) with a B.S. In Speech and Hearing therapy. She earned graduate credits in Speech and Language Pathology through Clarion University, Edinboro University and Penn State, and received her master's equivalency. Beth provided Speech and Language therapy in the Warren County School District for 34 years. Now retired, Beth provides speech and language therapy at the Don Mills Achievement Center and works with our children through the Camp-Talk-A-Lot program. Beth completes a minimum of twenty-four hours of in service training biennially to maintain her PA license in Speech-Language Pathology. Beth is always ready to lend a hand when we need her and is such an asset to us at DMAC.
